Tryout Absence Form | Davis Legacy Soccer Club

Thank you for your interest in the 2022/2023 Davis Legacy Soccer Club tryouts. We understand that there are times, due to unforeseen circumstances, your child is unable to attend any of the scheduled tryout dates. All registered athletes will be given an opportunity to try out for a spot on a team.

Once we have received your “Tryout Absence Form”, a coach will be in contact with you to schedule a separate tryout when your child is cleared and/or available to play. Please use the link below to access the form
