Davis Legacy Soccer Club

Thank you for registering for our academy program.  Please fill out and print the medical release (http://www NULL.usclubsoccer NULL.org/Files/PLAYER-REGIS_MED%20AUTH%20FORM NULL.doc) form and bring it together with correct payment, on the first night of practice. Checks made payable to Davis Legacy Academy. All participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of clinic on the first night in order to be checked in. Players are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear both cleats and shin guards. Soccer balls are provided.
